حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے رسول ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ جو مسلمان (دوسرے بیمار) مسلمان کی کی دن کے پہلے حصے میں عیادت کرتا ہے تو ستر ہزار فرشتے اس کیلئے شام ہونے تک رحمت اور مغفرت کی دُعا کرتے ہیں اور جو مسلمان دن کے آخری حصے میں عیادت کرتا ہے تو ستر ہزار فرشتے اس کیلئے صبح تک رحمت اور مغفرت کی دُعا کرتے ہیں اور جنت میں اس کے لئے ایک باغ مقرر کیا جاتا ہے۔
